Excessive compulsive disorder plaques millions of people globally and so far there have not been many great answers for it in main stream medicine. You must understand that main stream medicine is medicine and practices that have been accepted by the masses. These practices are ones that prove to be financially lucrative by the companies that control what is accepted and what is banned. It really all boils down to money. So what is it that we can do to get the actual cures for some of these "diseases" to the main stream? After all, you will be told that you cannot cure heart disease but you can only treat it. This is wrong. Look at some of the work from Dr. Rath and you will find a different story.
Many people are telling you that excessive compulsive disorder cannot be cured but in actuality it can be. They don't tell you that it can because they don't know it can because all they've focused on is treating it and not curing it. What is the point of taking a treatment for something when you can take the cure? Which one will make more money for the drug companies and doctors, treatments or cures? You may read this and think it's some kind of propaganda but think about things for yourself. By all means don't take my word for it! No, instead go out there and test what I tell you and find out the results for yourself, you will be both shocked and amazed at how useful the things I tell you can be if you simply apply them. I don't just sit here and write things for my health, I do this because I want to make a difference and I know it will!
Studying excessive compulsive disorder further, we will learn that it doesn't take much to set it off in someone; after all, if you've had it before then it's not hard to relapse. That is, if you are doing things wrong. See most people try to use willpower to achieve the things that they want to achieve but they don't have the power to continue this. The reason is simple: If you don't want to do something like go to a church meeting or something, after awhile you'll find a way to get out of it or you will even make up reasons. It's just how our brains work, we find ways to do what we want to do and less of what we don't want to do. So instead the solution is to make a change in our brain and influence things around us that will help us to do the things that we did not want to at first. Here is an example: Say that you don't want to go to a church meeting but then you make it fun by changing how you look at it and by adding new things such as donuts and good music? All that it often needs are some very small changes.
Think about this, what if you don't want to resist doing a ritual when it comes to excessive compulsive disorder but then if you do decide to not give in that you give yourself a big reward? Then you can condition yourself to see the benefits of not giving in as you test your fears and find out that the fear we fear is often smaller than we thought it was and not as scary as we thought it was, but you need to test it first to know this.
