When you are too busy, outsourcing your articles can be the best way to get things done. You can maximize the benefits that this can offer if you do the entire process correctly. Here's how you can make that happen:
1. Give your ghostwriters detailed project description. Don't just say "I need 15 articles about dating". If you really want to get the kind of articles that you need, you will need to give your ghostwriters detailed information. Indicate required word count, preferred writing style (informative, conversational, etc.), required keyword density, and if applicable, the resources to use.
2. Encourage your ghostwriters to ask questions. You must be easy to work with and your ghostwriters must not hesitate to ask you questions regarding the project. Provide them with detailed answers and tell them that they are free to contact you anytime. This will work to your advantage as you can be assured that they do understand what you need.
3. Don't go with the cheapest providers. Although there are some providers who provide great articles for small fees, "cheapest providers" are usually not the best people to work with. Remember, you'll get what you pay for. Be willing to spend more if this means getting the best article writers in the World Wide Web today.
4. Review and proofread the articles. Even if you trust your ghostwriters 100%, don't post the articles they have written for you without proofreading them. Remember, the articles you post under your name will reflect your expertise and credibility. Thus, it is best to make sure that they are all well-written and that they are unique.
